• CCI command interface, supports up to
400 kHz
• 2.8V analog and 1.8V digital operation
• supports 2 x 2 and 4 x 4 pixel binning
• integrated 8-kbit OTP memory
• ultra low power standby mode
• on board couplet correction

Description
The VS6955CA is a high performance
5.0 megapixel fixed-focus camera module. It is
designed for use across a range of mobile phone
handsets and accessories. The sensor supports
high quality still camera functions as well as video
modes.
The VS6955CA is compliant with the MIPI CSI-2
specification. It is capable of generating raw
Bayer 5.0 megapixel images up to 23 fps with a
single CSI-2 lane. The VS6955CA offers an ultra
low power consumption hardware standby mode.
