The RHFL6000A high-performance adjustable
positive voltage regulator provides exceptional
radiation performance. It is tested in accordance
with MIL-STD-883J Method 1019.9, in ELDRS
conditions. The device is available in the FLAT-
16P, a hermetic ceramic package, and the QML-
V die is specifically designed for space and harsh
radiation environments. A dedicated internal
circuitry is implemented for absorbing output
transients during SET events. The operating
input voltage goes from 2.5 V to 12 V.
