• Rugged: 10µsec short circuit capable at VGS=15V
• Low VCE(on) for 4 to 10kHz applications
• IGBT Co-packaged with ultra-soft-recovery
antiparallel diode
• Industry standard TO-220AB package
• Lead-Free
