DESCRIPTION
The bipolar in tegrated circ uit UT C UU642 is desig ned a s a
wiper for automotive ap plication. It includ es wipe, wash an d
internal mode.
The U TC UU642 is a c ost-effective solution for an accurate
timing function control. Wipe/wash mode has priority over interval
mode. Interva l paus e an d af ter-wiping time can b e set to fixe d
values by using resistors in a broad time ra nge. Added value can
be prov ided w ith an i ndividual, co ntinuous adj ustment of the
interval p ause b y a p otentiometer which may b e bu ilt i nto the
stalk. F or proper operati on, it is mandator y to feed the sig nal of
the wiper motor’s park switch into UTC UU642.

* After-wiping time: 2s~20s
* Interval pause: 4s~20s
* Wipe/wash mode priority
* Wiper motor’s park switch
* Relay driver with Z-diode
* One external capacitor determines all time sequences
* Interference protection according to VDE 0839 or ISO/TR 637/1
* Load-dump protected
