GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The NJW4183 is a 100mA output low dropout voltage
regulator with reverse current protection circuit.
Advanced BCD technology achieves low consumption,
high output current and high supply voltage.
Output voltage range is from 2.0V to 5.0V. And it
corresponds to low ESR capacitor. The NJW4183 is
suitable for various applications.
