Overview
The LC87F7032A is an 8-bit single chip microcontroller with the following on-chip functional blocks:
CPU: operable at a minimum bus cycle time of 250ns
32K bytes Flash ROM
On-chip ΡΑΜ: 1024 bytes
LCD controller/driver
16bit timer × 2ch + 8bit timer × 1ch or more
Synchronous serial I/O port (with automatic block transmit/receive function)
Asynchronous/synchronous serial I/O port
System clock divider
20-source 10-vectored interrupt system
8-bit AD converter × 9-channel
On chip debugger
All of the above functions are fabricated on a single chip.
