General Description
This device has the lowest QRR of any 600V
Silicon diode. Its recovery characteristics
increase efficiency, reduce EMI and eliminate
snubbers.
Applications
• Power Factor Correction (PFC) Boost Diode
• Motor drive circuits
• DC-AC Inverters
