The LF353 are high speed J–FET input dual opera-
tional amplifiers incorporating well matched, high
voltageJ–FET andbipolartransistorsin a monolithicin-
tegrated circuit.
The devicesfeaturehigh slew rates, low input bias and
offset currents, and low offset voltage temperature
coefficient.
