DESCRIPTION
The SD1457 is a 28 V gold metallized epitaxial
silicon NPN planar transistor designed for FM VHF
broadcast transmitters.
This device utlizes diffused emitter resistors to
achieve infinite VSWR at rated operating condi-
tions.
