Overview
The LC87F74C8A is an 8-bit single chip microcontroller with the following on-chip functional blocks :
CPU : operable at a minimum bus cycle time of 100ns
128K-bytes flash ROM (on-board rewritable)
On-chip RAM : 4096-bytes
LCD controller/driver
Two high performance 16-bit timer/counters (can be divided into 8-bit units)
16-bit timer/PWM (can be divided into two 8-bit timers)
Four 8-bit timer with prescalers
Timer for use as date/time clock
Synchronous serial I/O port (with automatic block transmit/receive function)
Asynchronous/synchronous serial I/O port
15-channel × 8-bit AD converter
High-speed clock counter
System clock divider
Small signal detector
20-source 10-vectored interrupt system
All of the above functions are fabricated on a single chip.
