4CH LOW SATURATION VOLTAGE SINK DRIVER
TD62M4501F is Multi Chip IC incorporates 4 low saturation
discrete (2SC3420) transistors.
This IC is suitable for a battery use motor drive and LED display
module applications.

VCE (sat) = 0.12 V (Typ.) at IC = 1 A
