Description
The KPS28010Z series is DC-input single channel
which contains a light emitting diode optically coupled to a
phototransistor. It is packaged in a 4-pin SSOP package.
The input-output isolation voltage is rated at 3750 Vrms.

5. Low input current type (IF=0.1mA)

(CTR : 100~600% at IF=0.1mA Vce=5V).
7. High collector to emitter voltage (VCEO=80V).
8. High-speed switching tr =3μs (typ.), tf =5μs(typ.).
