1-CHANNEL TRANSISTOR OUTPUT TYPE PHOTO COUPLER
The KPC817 Series contains a light emitting diode optically coupled to
a phototransistor. Input-output isolation voltage is 5000Vrms. Response
time(tr) is typically 4us and minimum CTR is 50% at input current of
5mA.

Current Transfer Ratio
(CTR : MIN. 50% at IF=5mA, VCE=5V).
High isolation voltage between input and output.
