3-TERMINAL POSITIVE VOLTAGE REGULATOR
■ GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The NJM78M00S is a 0.5A output 3-Terminal Positive Voltage
Regulator.
It has improvements in contrast with a conventional NJM78M00:
An output voltage accuracy, an operating temperature range and
MLCC correspondence.
