General Description
Features
The R7710 is a current mode PWM controller which
includes primary side voltage feedback technology. It
controls the output voltage and current accurately without
shunt regulator and photo coupler on secondary side to
save the part counts and cost.
R7710 is designed especially for low power purpose as
charger of cell phones, PDAs..., and etc. Fruitful
protections, such as UVP, OVP, brownout, current limit
and OTP, minimize the external components. Ultra low
start-up current and operating current of R7710 achieves
the low power consumption in standby mode. The green
mode operation of R7710 also meets the latest efficiency
regulations.
